TRAINING COURSE, CAREI, ROMANIA

During the week we spent in Romania, ( 11-17 SEPTEMBER) we had a great experience both culturally and educationally. We had the opportunity to try traditional Romanian dishes, and some of them were quite delicious. We also had a positive experience in terms of accommodation and transportation. The project allowed us to meet people from different countries and enhance our international cooperation skills. Through educational trips and guidance, we had the opportunity to better understand the local culture and history. Additionally, group work with other Erasmus+ participants enhanced our collaboration and communication skills. Overall, this experience made a significant contribution to both our personal and professional development and strengthened our connections with different cultures.

This course was a very valuable and instructive experience for us. Throughout the course, we had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge on mental health topics. The training sessions covered topics such as coping techniques for stress, ways to maintain emotional balance, and activities that support mental health.

Additionally, informative sessions on the symptoms of psychological disorders, preventive measures, and resources for help were very enlightening. During the course, we acquired important information to strengthen our mental health and gained new perspectives to support people around us. This experience further increased our interest in mental health topics and raised our awareness in this area.

In conclusion, by attending this training course, we took an important step in developing ourselves in mental health topics.

Healthy And Strong

Bulgarian Youth Forum

1-9 March 2023

Varbovo, Bulgaria

Today, with the modern way of life, young people are affected by the culture of video games, virtual reality and social media. Young people are subject to poor diet, lack of exercise, abuse of substances such as alcohol, tobacco and drugs. They are under fashion pressure, which have a serious adverse impact on mental and physical health and well-being. These cause low self-esteem, lack of confidence, obesity, stress and poor health. Lack of physical activity, disconnection with nature, consumption of fast and unhealthy foods put into question the physical image of your body. These problems were particularly evident in the context of the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Overcoming the consequences of isolation in psychosomatic aspect and techniques for restoring the body from the effects of long isolation are contemporary matter.
